In the Summer of 2007, we had the opportunity to purchase our dream home, and the daunting task of selling our existing home in increasingly difficult market. Because our new home would be the one that we would call home for the next 20 years, we were extremely particular about what we wanted in our house.

Our Realtor, Pam Dargue was so patient in the process of determining exactly what we wanted in our new home, as well as drawing our attention to other items that we may not have considered. Because of this, she was able to narrow down our search of potential properties and help us concentrate on finding our Valhalla.

A monumental task in a market that was already oversaturated with inventory and new home offers. In a few weeks, Pam pointed us toward the perfect house in Vienna that we now call home. After we moved into our new home we asked Pam to sell our existing home in Falls Church in the Sept 07. We were concerned with the declining market we would be waiting a long time for a sale. Not Pam, she marketed it, held open houses and it sold and settled within 60 days. It was amazing, other houses in our neighborhood were still sitting there before and after our sale.
